TSA understands that to provide great service, we need to effectively manage the performance of our employees. With this insight, we have invested in proprietary technology to develop a client portal for customers to view essential information in a central location. The client portal provides customers with real time data and analytics as well as KPI reporting. Customers are given access to employee pool management, employee performance management, account management performance, real time safety reporting, real time KPI reporting, access to rosters and online ordering.
